Crazy Wiring

Im putting the wiring harness from the 91 into the crew. I have everything but the dash stuff hooked up and im having some electrical deamons. Heater controls and lights all work fine. Truck won't trun over with key, but will start if i just power accross the key harness. Also my window and door lock controls make some of warning lights go on, but the window only does it with the key on... Wierd. Im betting its a ground somewhere since, but could be anytthing. Just wondering if anybody has had the same problems or any insight to the issues.
