Thinking of putting a Diamond SS cat back exhaust on my '07;
hows the quality on these systems, might use 1 of their mufflers
or just do the straight pipe tailpipe. Any suggestions?

Fit and finish initially seemed well on my aluminized system but after only 3ish winters it's due for replacement. Multiple holes in the section before and after my muffler as well as the tail pipe. Dependent on the grade of stainless and your environment you may or may not have better results.

Avoid any 409 grade stainless systems as well. They are rust prone. Banks does not advertise the grade of SS they use in their systems, but I emailed them awhile back and it is T409 per their rep.
I want T 304, which is more $ but a better quality deal.

Agreed. 409 has roughly 10% chromium content which is fine for high temp corrosion and humidity resistance but does not hold up well to chemical treatments found on roadways. 304 grade has roughly double the chromium amount and is much better suited to corrosion resistance. We weld alot of 316 SS piping in our industry and it is VERY corrosion resistant.
I'd love to build a 4" system out of 316 sch 10. One and done.
