I threw mine away and now I want it back! I put my Psychotty air in today and I am now experiencing what I always thought to be an oxymoron - "too much" turbo whistle! LOL It's cool the way you can hear the spool up even in first gear under light throttle, but when I really get in it the pitch of the whistle gets very high. If you have no use for your silencer ring and the snap ring that holds it in please take pity on me and send an email to conradl@globalnetisp.net. Thanks, TDR guys are the best

arcticat , it took you this long to realize you have to put it back ? and you threw it out , i have a pile of discarded dodge parts in the basement , but i kept the silencer ring in the glovebox . after the 2. 5 hr ride home with my new 4" exhaust from JRE i reinstalled the ring as it was to loud . from what i hear putting the ring back won't make much difference , that psychotty system sounds like its in the glove box . when i heard that i decided it was not the sysytem for me , besides the boss would have not been happy , as she puts it ... "YOUR TRUCK IS TO ******* LOUD " ... hehehehe

I am starting to get real interested in the work being done towards an aftermarket "smooth" silencer ring.

John, yes it is a bit louder than I expected but I drove a couple hours with it today and by the time I got home I had forgotten all about it. I don't think it will be a problem. It DOES work as advertised in regards to the EGT's...
