Ouch!!! integrity and morals in question

Shouldn't this thread include all of the other companies who produce a similar product. For example: Lazr Smith, Defiant, DT Profab, PSC and I am sure there are more. Because if memory serves correctly, they all came out with a similar products well before BD.



So... I am curious why the attacks against BD?



I applaud Pat for posting the facts about BD's product. I do not believe anywhere in his post did he bash or say anything negative about the DSS bar. He simply stated the facts. (oops he made a mistake about the finish)They tried to purchase and distribute the product but the supply could not keep up with demand.



As far as Geno's selling the BD stabilizer bar and not the DSS bar.

Several years ago when the DSS came on to the market, Geno's did sign up to become a distributor. However, some bad things went on with the designers/owners that we will not discuss and also a supply and demand issue as well, we decided to step away. Now 5 or more years later BD Power released there own version and we decided to offer it to our customers. After testing the bars on our personal trucks for a period we felt that it was a nice product and having a long history with BD, we decided to offer it to our customers. I do not believe BD or any it's distributors claim to be the first to the market or to be better.



I look at a lot of your signatures and see plenty of products on your personal trucks that could be substituted in this thread. (turbo's, chips, programmers, exhaust, injectors, manifolds, intercoolers etc)



How many products does Source Automotive, Geno's, DPPI and others sell that are not made by the original designer?



Should we all question there(our) integrities and morals?
