Looking for good diesel shop in Stockton, CA area.

Quick start kit tubing

Sure wish the diesel was available when I got my work provided Liberty.

The mpgs with the V-6 suck, 12-14 highway. Dealer says this is normal.

Not much problem for me because I don't pay but stopping for gas all the time gets old.

12 to 14 highway??

That's what my 2001 3/4 ton Suburban got with the 496, 4 wheel drive and 4. 10 gears! Wish I still had that truck. . sold it right after the gas prices went up a few months ago, and the rumors gas would break 2 bucks a gallon.

Now the wife drives a Chevy Trailblazer and it gets 21 on the highway with the 4. 2 inline 6 Vortec 4200. Wish GM would put a diesel in them.

Wow Bill, you must have one HEAVY foot! :D

When I picked up my sisters Liberty, I got 18-20 mpg on the highway on the trip to the dealer running the A/C. She says she's getting 12-14 around town, and the same 18-20 on the highway.

Most Montana driving I do with it is at 80-85 mph, could be a factor. People still pass me though, lots of folks still haven't gotten used to the idea that there's a speed limit here now.

Read an article where a tour group outfit in Europe offers a tour that centers around high speed sports cars and Montana highways. Tour group pays for the rare ticket.
