Anyone switch out their mirrors to the new Dodge towing mirrors?

How spendy?

Any good alternatives other than clampons?

For the money,I bought the PowerVision mirrors. These extend out and are adjustable from inside the truck. They also have a larger surface area for better visibility and even fully extended do not vibrate. At this time they do not come heated but neither are the OEM towing mirrors. Plus the OEM towing mirrors have to be adjusted from outside.

I'm also an interest in this subject as the new "flip mirrors" were one of the four options my dealer overlooked on my order... Anyone know the partnumber(s)?

Don't know part #, but price from dlr. is $347. per side + $8. per side for a stiffner brkt. that must be used.

Have the new flip mirrors on my 01 and think they're great. No vibration, gets out around my Lance camper & horse trailer. Has the bug eye mirror integrated into the main mirror instead of the stem as discribed in the catalog.

Order GPD for this mirror when ordering new trucks, don't know p/n for retrofit. This is a no charge option if ordered with the truck.

JJW-ND,I was very negative on clamp-on mirrors,until I found McKesh mirrors,they work as well if not better than the mirrors you're considering,plus the cost factor for the new flip Dodge mirrors is pretty steep,also I didn't want to loose the in-cab automatic adjustment as well as the fact that the mirrors on my Ram are heated as well.

If anyone gets the flip mirrors and doesn't like them I'll trade my heated mirrors for them!!!!!!!!!
