Dodge or Ram Cab Removal for repairs. Common or Uncommon?

Better would have been a reliable Drivetrain so a cab-off lift wouldn't be needed...

I thought everyone knew you wedged a steel shim under the hood ornament
to get it lifted . . .

. . and slid a Dodge underneath.

The shop I go to, lifts the cab on the rams as it’s much quicker once they have the procedures down.

This guy knows these trucks so well, he can strip it all down, bare frame, clean, paint, and install everything back together in 2 weeks time. All while fixing customers ram trucks everyday.

He used to do power strokes and duramax trucks too but they spend way too much time on the hoist to diagnose, disassemble, more diagnose, order parts, and reinstall. Also the P***ed customers when they see the bill required to do the job. Those trucks are banned.

2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel does any one have a video of the turbo replacement after lifting the cab..... only thing i can find is how to lift the cab...would love to see a video of anyone replacing the turbo on it
