Yes, possibly. I’m at 190,000 with a rebuilt transmission. Thinking of my options. Nothing wrong with the 5.9, just sort of “waiting” on the CP3 to have problems.
I’ll look through the old TDRs for preventative maintenance or replacements.

190? Just broken in... Good filtration for the fuel and it will run for a very long time to come. Nothing to worry about from my POV.
CP3 is a great pump, I'm still at the factory pump with 410'000Km and only half of it was with added filtration.
I changed the Injectors at about 250tKm as a preventive measure because they weren't great back then form factory. Bosch changed the design several times through the years to get better reliability.
Means, an Injector that you buy now is a whole different part then what was in OEM.
