Thought that some here might enjoy this story... .
Last night about 7:30 on my way home from work on the freeway up a little way I see a Honda Civic. One of those with the fart can muffler, body kit, etc (aka ricer) but what I can't figure out is what is going on with the trunklid on his car. It kind of looks like there is something muliticolored strapped on to it. As I get closer I start to think he's got a tent strapped to the car, but that's not it. As I get right up behind him (I'm in the lane to the left of him) I finally figure out what it is I had been seeing.
He had the rear bumper of the car of the strapped over the deck. That wasn't the part that cracked me up, as I looked closer, I saw what made me think it was a multicolored tent on the back of his car, tucked partially underneath the bumper is what appeared to be a parachute. So I looked a little closer and there was a spot on the bumper where this guy had mounted a brake parachute, but apparently didn't understand that the bumper was just plastic. I had seen enough to give me a vision in my head of this guy drag racing the car at 80mph in the 1/4, pulling his brand new parachute and looking in his rearview to see his bumper go skipping down the strip behind him... . :-laf
