Competition Drag Race in October

I know its a few months away, but some people like the advanced notice. There is an all diesel drag race at Mason Dixon Dragway near Hagerstown, MD on October 8th. I went last year and it was a blast. There is a pick up class, road tractor class, and a dump truck class. Last year i would say there were close to 25 combined semi and dump trucks and over 25 pick ups. I am hoping the same guys show up + a lot more. Some highlights of last year were: Trapp Trucking out of Lithicum MD had a cab-over Kenworth that did an 8 tire burnout and ran constant sub 16 sec. times. Sub 12 sec. full size pickups and i know some of those guys are in the high tens now because i saw them at MIR in Budds Creek MD. Its a great event if u like chrome, speed, and the noise of turbos and some great sounding Jakes in the big trucks Oo. Oo. Oo.

I was there last year too ,Ive got to say it was the one of the best events I attended last year. I hope to be there this year also.
