Yes you should because it will go into derate very soon with this codes.

I'm surprised that you haven't been put in de-rate! With those codes, are you seeing the "Service DEF System - See Dealer"? When you see that message, usually means that de-rate has started and gives you 200 miles till that 5MPH speed limit! I've had that issue when a DEF pump level gauge gave up the ghost. Pump worked, just couldn't see the level of the DEF fluid in the tank.
