how hard is it to install and would i notice a huge differance ? i just cant afford to do convertor right now.

I've done 2 by myself - never saw the inside of and automatic before doing the first one.

I did mine by myself, not bad at all. I had never done more than change the fluid in an auto before. Just take your time and as much as it hurts, read and more importantly be sure you understand the instructions before you start.
