Has anyone been hindered by just using a modded Cp3, where a pump like the Cp3. 4 is necessary to make more power? I seen Brett said more could be achieved with the Cp3. 4, but how much more power? Some third gens I have seen or heard about a breaking into the 600 & 700rwhp clubs with stock or modded Cp3s(no drugs---800rwhp+ w/ drugs)and some of these trucks are daily drivers. Can the Cp3. 4 be driven daily without long term problems? Maybe that cant be answered yet. Or maybe you are like me and just run the truck on lower settings a good bit, will a Cp3. 4 work for me or should I stick going with a modded Cp3? Are the modded Cp3, Cp3. 4, dual Cp3 just adding more volume and keeping pressures in a safe window? Are rails, injectors, fuel lines in danger when running these volumes or pressures especially if a rail cap is used? Hopefully a better relief valve which can hold maybe a little more pressure and open and close anytime needed and not fail will soon be on the market. Just trying to get some answers or comments on this subject, mainly because injectors/Cp3 mod/relief valve/ or cap are next on the list. But for now I will wait, watch, hear, and see what happens and what power and reliability, etc. comes about.
