Once again another quality product from Duraflap. 2nd set i have owned with thousands of trouble free issues. Sure you can find mud flaps or mud guards cheaper. However you will not find the personal experience you get from shopping with duraflap. I always try and support mom/pop smaller businesses whenever i can. However sometimes you might not get the same quality product as you would shopping big box but this is the complete opposite. From the detailed instructions, the online videos, the stainless steel hardware (when available) the detail in packaging. Top notch. Special thanks to Jayne for reaching out to me on saturday night via email to clarify proper fitment prior to shipping. Sorry for the rant, i just always give credit when its due, please excuse me for the crummy dark pictures. UPS just came so i couldn't wait til tomorrow of course :D

for info only. Mounted on a 2018 ram 2500 crew cab short bed. Stock wheels/tires stock height
Standard length flap 12” wide front and rear

I always ran mopar rubber mud flaps with no issues.

Earl

I’m running MOPAR HD flaps now. I had duraflaps on my 05 but they weren’t great for my application. Too hard of a flap and were constantly hitting things and not folding. Good quality, just not great for back roads.

If they are more like plastic than rubber, yeah wouldn't be good for me either. I need a fully flexible flap like a rubber one, like Mopar. For me, Mopar rubber flaps are the best I ever used. Had them on my 07 for 145k miles. 18k miles on my 18 so far.

Out of curiosity....what are the common failures that occur with other brands of mud flaps? :p;)

couldn't tell you. Im just here speaking on my personal experience with the company and products. Just stating the flaps i have owned never broke, curled, fell off, just a quality product. Shame on me for promoting a well deserved business.

I have had Duraflaps on several Ram and Dodge trucks real good they even give stainless steel mounting hardware, darn good product.

My factory Mopars got beat up so bad from running up and down the haul road to Deadhorse that they developed a curve where the rocks were pelting them and they looked like heck after 4 years. The DuraFlaps seem to be holding up much better.

Where the Mopar plastic or the rubber?
