I recently saw a 3rd gen run with a tst on a dynojet a Mikes custom trucks dyno days about 6 weeks ago and he did 3 runs and had the same result level 5 had max #'s he tried level 7 and 10 I believe and his #'s actually went backwards from level 5 also.

as a rule of thumb torque #'s will be 2-2. 5 times the HP #'s on a cummins.

Any new #'s yet??

I dynoed on a different dyno Saturday and put down 406/948. I still think something isnt right. Torque is great but the Hp seems low. I'm showing a p1693 code on my Smarty so I guess I need to stop by a Dodge dealer and get them to scan it.

If you have a Smarty, it should show you the codes.

The HO trucks are gonna bump into a horsepower wall at some point due to the HO pump. Pure and simple. 510 would be the average high number.

You truck was out of fuel long before the end of the run. So, that's it in a nutshell. I would double check all the easy stuff first. What is your fuel pressure? And yes, M4s will make more power. But that is about the largest injector that will show an increase.

What setting was the Smarty on BTW? Are you running stock lines from the tank? I recently found out that they severely limit the ability of long bed trucks to make bug numbers. So, reducing restrictions on the supply side may free up some fuel.

Also, a bad or sooty MAP and or IAT can cause issues as well.

When I check for codes with the Smarty all it says is 1 code found P1693.

On the dyno fuel pressure was 7psi (16psi at idle) EGT's 1180° 41lbs boost

I have the Smarty but im still running the original fullblown Catcher.

I have a FASS II which I think uses 3/8" line from the tank to the Fuel Filter. And I have a short bed.

I'll check the MAP/IAT this weekend
