eagle alloy wheels

i was wondering what you guys though of the guaity of these wheels. i am looking at 1439series. hoping to order this week. thank you

I have the 16x8 Eagles. I forget the model number, but they look like the AR Baja. Zero problems.



Speaking of American Racing, the tire shop and I went through more than 10 AR wheels-and NONE of them ran true.



We ended up with the Eagles and all four were perfect.

Forged aluminum is much stronger than cast. www.southwestwheel.com has Alcoas at good prices.

I have had two new sets of the 589's, and they have been fine. One set is on my truck now. The other I used on a mud racing truck and they held well to the abuse.



The feature I like is that they have no clear coating. I can polish them to look like new anytime I feel like it (not often ). I've seen a lot of coated wheels with cracks in the finish which lets road salt, etc. in and they corrode behind the coating.

I have 16. 5x12's and have had zero problemos'. Only thing I don't like is seems like everyones got 'em!
