Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ECM-code

Just got a code on the truck, PO602 (ECM fueling calibration error) it has been spuddering a bit at start-up but runs fine after that, cleared the code anyone have a idea what this means ?

Ive seen that a lot when you use a smarty, might be from your superchips

hope thats all it is, truck runs fine just a studder at start-up once & awhile.
