ECM problems. HELP!!

Does anyone know of a reliable company to have your ECM repair and reprogrammed?
I ordered one from Flagship One and have had no customer service or functioning ECM. My '07 6.7 has been down for over two months.

It either needs to be repaired or replaced. Dealership wanted $4000 to replace. I ordered one from Flagship One, received it in about a week and a half. The truck ran but the ECM would not turn on the alternator. P0622 code, which is Field F terminal circuit malfunction. Replaced the alternator, which the old one tested good. No ground faults, problems with grounding wires. Wires tested good between ECM plug and alternator.
I still have the original ECM. I would like to send it to someone for testing/programming.
I sent the Flagship One ECM back on April 19th. They had it in testing for over a week. Finally I got an email that they would reprogram another one and send it to me. Another week goes by and no word from them. Every time that I call, I can't get any information. Now they send my phone call straight to voice mail, no one will take the call.
I would suggest no one use them for anything due to their customer service. Who ever you need to talk to is always 'Unavailable". No return calls.

Im confused. Whats wrong with the original ECM?
If you have one that works except for charging, add an external regulator.

I highly recommend SIA Electronics in Illinois. Great service and their repairs WORK!

The original one will not start the truck. The TIPM went out. Before the TIPM was replaced, the truck would not turn over and no communication with the ECM. I returned the ECM from Flagship because it would not charge the truck. If I knew then that they could not service it, I would have kept it and put on an external regulator. Now I am out the $1000 for the replacement ECM and all that I can get from Flagship is voicemail.

Mike (mopar1973man) was one of the owners of the SS site and posted the ecm info from his own site to assist the SS members.

Very common , You do NOT need to replace ECM, I recovered many from this same problem, It requires someone that knows the work a round's of WItech.

Some Dealers have hands tied, and are not allowed to use works a round's.

I just went through two weeks of runaround from FlagShip1 trying to get a PCM for my son's '06 Mustang GT. Finally got a cancellation and refund yesterday. A mechanic friend said his shop had gotten one from them that arrived in a couple of days and has been in the customers car over a year with no problems, so I tried them, should have done a thorough web search first. This list would have saved me. I ordered one today from Auto Computer Specialists. We'll see how it goes.
