Edge "ghost" when dealers check

i know the SMARTY is undetectable, but if i unplug my Edge with Juice, can they look at the data and see what was going on? does it leave a "ghost" or does the computer messure "boost fooling" or anything like that?

2 codes will pop up. 1 for the MAP sensor and the other for the Rail Pressure sensor. The tech that pointed that out to me said thats a way they can tell if a chip was on it. No other reason both sensors should be unplugged he said.
