Does the CatCHER add HP???
Uhm, dunno!
No, c'mon SERIOUS now.
To begin with, fellas you're doing great! I can retire, you don't need my help no longer! LOL
D@# I said serious!
I think the most asked question about the CaTCHER is how much horsepower does it add? My answer is usually, NONE.
Why that statement?
I mean, the original definition of one HP is, the force needed to lift one kilogram, one meter, in one second.
In other words, how fast you can move an object.
Since the CaTCHER MOVES the trucks faster, it's clear as mud that he HAS to add power. Otherwise the truck would move slower... .
Yet, I still say it does not add HP? WHY? :-{}
See, if you read the advertising hype, everybody claims HP gains UP TO this and Up to that.
Argh, I HATE up to claims!
I don't want to make names, but we all know that there are a lot of products that claim to add HP and gain MPG too, while it is impossible that the mod alone could possibly produce any horsepower gain on it's own. Certain fuel pump mods come to mind... .
Here comes the man, Marco, ME into the game.
See, "up to" claims are not my style. I'm the kinda guy that tells black when it's black and white when it's white. Gray is difficult to define. To each his own definition what gray means to him. Consider that after all, I'm simply a horsepower junkie diesel enthusiast like most of you. Only, I've pushed my addiction a little further than most.
Mine is a small company. I don't HAVE to sell the CaTCHER to survive. I don't NEED to claim up to, for sales. In all reality, and to tell you the whole truth, I can make more money with my everydays job than what I make with the CaTCHER. It's more a hobby than a bussiness for me. No matter how much it might grow, it is and will remain my hobby. I think I understand your needs better and am closer to them, than the manager sitting on it's multi million chair...
I think you got the picture.
Even if the dyno graphs say that I'm wrong.
I still say that the CaTCHER does not add horsepower, but the truck moves faster!
Ciao,
Marco
