John,
Yes this is for DonM's F1 Mach series injectors.
Jrandol,
The mach 6's are the largest injector you can use with a stock vp truck (ie: the most hp to date with twins).
Turbos4life,
There aren't any mach 7's. As I posted above the mach 6's are the highest hp to date. A friend of mine uses the mach 6's with nitrous and has dynoed well into the 700's. I helped Don work up the larger injectors and as I dont run nitrous we haven't worked on a injector specifically for nitrous. That's not to say it wont happen this year it just hasn't as of yet. That is also not to say that the mach 6's wont give you more on nitrous than any other injector out there. It just hasn't been tested.
Bob W. ,
Come on man dont confuse things around here. 98. 5's to '02's are still 2nd gens.
3rd gen owners,
The echo injectors should be ironed out by the end of next month barring any technical/unforseen difficulties. The release date is said to be summer because if gives enough time to do plenty of road testing before release. Dont be surprised if you see them by the end of april though. I think once Don is comfortable with them I can talk him into a offer like this for the 3rd gen injectors or maybe even a combo 2nd gen/3rd gen group buy. Needless to say when they are ready for release I will post a group buy on here providing Don agrees to it.
Nathan
Thanks for your input Nathan! Here is the reply I got from Don himself about some monster showerheads.
Mach 6 is the largest tested injector. I have tested larger injectors and
they just lower the hp, smoke like crazy, etc. The Mach 6 was developed by
me working the size of the injector up by microns of flow change. Anything
over the 6 just fell on its face. Small changes made upwards 30 HP loss.
Don~
It looks like Mach 6's are for me, as long as they help propel me to the 700hp range thats cool with me
