Don didn't want to get so many orders that it caused problems with reasonable delivery times. These are custom injectors built by hand one at a time and resonable delivery times were going to be difficult with such and influx in orders if there were too many more. There will be another group buy when the 3rd gen common rail injectors are complete.

I assume orders will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis from when we each replied to thejeepdude with our information?

In other words, if you are #5 on the list, you'll get yours before the #10 guy?

That is correct. The orders will be filled in the order they were received. :)

Due to various circumstances, the injector group buy has officially ended.

It is summed up in a few words... . You Snooze You Lose.

I'll be waiting patiently for the next group buy. I will be looking for 3's.

I must commend "thejeepdude" for his hard work on this group buy. Very organized and up to date.

You right, but maybe after group purchase will be done, they maybe will run $100 off again, which will be good too.

Just call Rip and put your order in. He's got your name on the list I already sent him. :)

Spoke to Rip yesterday afternoon. Very patient and honest. I ended up putting an order in for Mach 2's with an estimated lead time to my door of 5wks.

Thank you Josh for your efforts here.

Tim

p. s. Rip also recommended a 7psi Carter pusher pump to keep the fuel flow healthy with the PM3 and the Mach 2's

Injectors are like hot sauce

Hey, in case anyone's interested, here's the breakdown of how many people ordered each injector size. We can deduce from this list that a lot of people like their sticks MILD to MEDIUM and there's still a relatively low number of people with the means or desire to run the HOT sticks, although realistically, even a Mach 2 is pretty hot compared to what was available just a few years ago. I can't wait for my 2. 5's! :D

Mach 1 - 1 person

Mach 1. 5 - 6 people

Mach 2 - 7 people

Mach 2. 5 - 2 people

Mach 4 - 5 people

Mach 5 - 1 person

plus 1 undecided.

Size

Mach 3. 5s here I tow too much to be comfortable with something bigger.

For the same price I could have gone bigger. But the issue wasn't price it was my nerve.

I felt comfortable with these for my needs.

I could have gone all the way to a 4. 5 without any price increase. But, I decided to listen to my sensible side (What the heck is wrong with me?) and stay with the medium sticks.

Later,

Wes

Got the 4's ordered this morning cant wait. Headed to twins soon, and going to try towing the big dog trailer if i can. Not holding my breath too much, but i dont care, ill just swap in a set of 2's if i have to for the heavy towing.
