Looking for image and location of EGR Valve on 5.9L engine only!
Manual states: Replace EGR valve (5.9L if so equipped).*
Which might mean truck does not have one.

Thank you!

What 5.9 are you referring to? The CA Emissions 2nd Gen 12-valves had EGR. I’m not aware of a 2nd Gen 24-valve that had EGR. Your manual could be referring to the gas 5.9 360 that did have EGR.

Diesel 5.9L - 24 Valve
XCEXH0359BAM-A0
ISB 215 (215HP)
I can not find it but I did get a P02324 Error while having some weak battery issues. So I am researching this error - It's usually caused by a stuck or damaged wastegate valve, loose pressure sensor, boost pressure solenoid, or blocked wastegate hose.

Your code has one too many digits.

If it’s P-0234 TURBO BOOST LIMIT EXCEEDED (OBDII), that has to do with your wastegate, not EGR. It can also be set if your truck has been modified and makes more than stock boost.

If it’s P-0232 FUEL SHUTOFF SIGNAL VOLTAGE TOO HIGH, that could be an ECM issue.

HMMmm - my truck is '02, 5.9 24 valve - blocked off the turbo boost control line (as I recall...), seen boost as high as 32 PSI, but never any over boost codes...
