Emergency Flashers won't work?

My 2000's emergency flashers won't work. I checked all fuses and flasher elements under the hood and left side of dash with door open. Turn signals, running lights and brake lights work fine. I have never seen this. Usually if your turn signals both work and the flasher element works then the emergency flashers do too. Can anyone give me assistance?

Have you checked to see if you have a bad connection or bad button on the steering column housing? It shouldn't be too hard to take the housing off to get a good look at the button.

Same Problem

I am having the same problem... ... chased down fuses, checked connections, everything seems to be fine. Let me know if you have any luck, and I will do the same.
