Engine sales code and build date

Every so often my truck throws a P2000 CEL (NOX Absorber Efficiency Below Threshold). Generally I ignore it and it goes away. This time I took to my mechanic who told me service bulletin 25-001-13 Rev A applies to my problem. However, the bulletin model listing stops at 2011 but goes on to say "This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a 6.7L Cummins diesel engine (sales code ETJ) built before August 2 2010 (MDH0802XX)."

How do I find this information?
