Same sensor is now used for both 2001 and 2002 trucks.



P/N 4921505 SENSOR, MAP (2001-2002)





A 2002 truck also requires P/N 3104228 ADAPTER HARNESS



Harness is not required for the 2001.

Your awesome jmy. I think I'm going to have to do some more splicing to make that map work. I'll be putting the 01 map into a 99 wiring harness and I'm pretty sure they changed plug designs. Do you know if there was a part number change for the IAT sensor between 99 and 01 too?

P/N 3408345 INTAKE AIR TEMP sensor is the same from 1998. 5 through 2002.

Update guys - I changed the harness to accept the 2001 map sensor, swapped the sensor itself, and fired it up. IT RUNS LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO!!! I can't thank you guys enough, especially jmy and GTrent. You guys are the reason this forum rocks. I don't know how long I would have spent scratching my head on this one. I have discovered that the heater grids aren't working also, but I'm going to start a different thread on it. Thanks again guys.
