Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) erratic idle?

So... I fitted the 4k govenor spring kit, now my idle when cold is too low & the truck will stall & when hot idles @ 1000rpm. Any clues?? TIA

I finally got the time today to re-adjust my springs (Thanks Piers that was a great help!!) I now have a steady idle!... . But I also have another problem, There is a light vibration that you can feel through the truck, More noticable when under load any ideas? It wasn't there before so it kinda rules out something working lose TIA

Mite be injector not working or may be the harmonic balancer/vibration damper (which ever one you want to call it).
