Evaporator coil,heater core needs replacement at 4 years?

With engine running.

Press Volume and Menue buttons at the same time and hold for 30 seconds release and let it reboot.

I didn't notice but the heat sure worked better after.

I’ve got a much older simple radio. Ra3 or 4 how would I reset my heat system on it. I don’t have a menu button
