I don't know,, *I* think in my "humble" opinion,, lol, yah right, "HUMBLE',, anyway. . It would be okay to idle for a second, but for 20 minutes, I'm not sure.
I think you should do something like this insted of 20 idling minutes.
Buy some oil pan heaters,, the magnetic type,, also plug in the block heater.
Before you crank the truck, let the grid heaters warm up (Wait to start light goes out)
Idle for about 30-60 seconds,, then rev the motor to 1,200RPM for about 15 seconds,, then just go ahead and tak-off. .
for the first 10 seconds of idling I would recomend not using the e-brake,, just because *I* think parts need to move for a second before being put under a load. I'm no mechanic though,, this just sounds like a good practice
