My 07.5 has about 160,000 miles. The exhaust brake started sticking on when i press down on the accelerator and give it fuel 50% of the time. What do I have to take apart and clean so that it will quit doing that? Drives me nuts when I need the throttle and the exhaust brake wont turn off.

I had the same type of problem. It ended up being the turbo. Had mine replaced and runs better than ever.
The vanes and shafts get dirty and stick. You can try to clean it. Mopar has the fluid.

Mine did it too, the dealer had to take the turbo off. Place it in a jig to drill and tap three ports on it. Then they put it back on the truck and run several cans of cleaner through each of the holes while the truck is running to clean the vanes out.

I always drive with the eb turned on unless the roads are really slick or icy, and have not had any more problems in 120k miles or so.
