Yes they make exhaust brakes for them. 60# valve springs will have to be installed, not a big deal. Is the 92 an auto? If it is then exhaust brake will be no benifit with the stock auto. The stock auto does not have a lock up convertor. According to others here a 2nd gen auto could be installed with lock up. Without lock up, the engine will not effectivly slow the truck down, just the engine.
Mike is dead on - if the rig has an auto, an ex-brake will effectively be useless. If however the rig is a stick, definitely go with the 60# springs - this helps, as I understand, the ex-valves close better under the extreme back pressure.
