Well, add me to the list of cracked manifolds. Mines split in between #3 & 4 just like so many others before. I do at least have the ATS 3-piece on the way.

Does anyone have the part #'s for the manifold gaskets? I have dug in the archive's and found that they were between 2-3 bucks apiece, but no mention of part #'s.

I got the part # at home. Sorry I can't provide them now as I am at work on a break. Don't buy from DC though, they want like $16. 00 each for the dang things. I got mine from Cummins NW for about $2 and some change each if I remember correctly. :)

Exhaust gasket part #

3946275 gasket, exhaust mainifold.

These were the ones that I used when I installed ATS mainifold.

for a 2001 HO

Is that the cummins #? Am looking for the cummins part #, as I don't always trust the parts counter "help" at the local shop. I would think that the same gaskets would fit several year model trucks at least. Not saying they're a universal fit, just can't be but so many variations on ex. man. gaskets on the same heads.

I am home and have a few Genuine Cummins Parts that are still in their Genuine Cummins Parts BAGs.

Here you go.

These are for a 2001 H. O.

GSK . MAN 3946275 = Exhaust Manifold Gasket

Exh to Turbo GSK 3919369 = Gasket between Turbo and Ex Man.

Turbo Oil Drain GSK 3937706 = Gasket for Turbo Oil Drain.

Turbo to Ex Elbow or Jake Brake = 3535001

Sensor, Pressure = 3417030 = Inlet Manifold Pressure

Sen, Tem = 3408345 = Sensor, Temprature for Inlet Manifold

Oil Filter = LF3894 = Fleetguard StrataPore Oil

Hope this helps:D

I have the ATS 3 piece, some reason my header bolts kept backing out. Had them retorqued several times. Still backed out. No rhymn nor reason. . . one time the back two on top, nuther time the front two on top. I mean like they came clear out and fell down on the tube webbing, nice catch. DOC, Dave's Diesel, Angola, IN I finally had him cross-drill the bolts and safety wire the dam things. Rick also suggested going without a manifold gasket, they dressed the surfaces and went metal to metal. When the bolts backed out the exhaust leak would plug up the aFe intake in no time at all. Then no boost & REALLY high EGT's. Got all those problems solved, now the head gasket failed, coolant got where it shouldn't have. . . not a very good steam engine I'm afraid. Cracked the head. I'm running with the F350 and they're doing an inframe. Guess the trick to this business is to have 2 pickups. Dam I miss my sleeper. . . I'm too dam old to be sleepin in the back seat of a pickup.

Cheers,

Steve J.
