Well I have checked the motels we use at work on the Carlisle Pike and they have all echoed the full up due to Hershey comment Doug has gotten near his place. Tommorrow I will look here in York(I know its a bit of a PIA due to the 30 minute ride)and try and secuse a place here. I am at a loss for what we can do next,I moved this so we could stay away from Fall Carlisle and we get tied up with Hershey.
Well on to a update and some answers for those who have PM'd/emailed me with concerns on the class changes.
First I'd like to welcome "Michigan Performance Diesel" to our show and thank Rob for contributing. Also we will have a set of portable platform scales to weigh trucks for owners if they wish(total weight, front to rear bias and all four corners) . TDR Member Lnwing is bringing them and will man them Saturday and only has asked for a donation to me made to MS for his help.
Now on to the answers... .

We are working on a correction factor to use to try and level the stock class. We will have something in place for the show as I understand the older rides can not compete with the newer rides. Also,I'd like to add a class or two more, but, remember we work within the confines of our budget and adding a extra Modified class this year will not fit. Plus,to try and get a owner to compete with a single charger ride/no drugs against a drug equipped truck/single charger probably won't happen. Certainly you wouldn't want to run your truck against a Nitrous ride and try and compete with him,all I am trying to do is keep the "bottle babies" in one class as we have done in the past.

Now why would you even think that,LOL

. You'll have to tell Tom he may be able to sway the judge if the Blue truck finds it way to my house,LOL.

Since I don't have a class for "Alien" powered trucks I am certain I can find room on the Unlimited class for you. BTW,I did tell Diesel Dave to bring the tow vehicle the other day as it may be needed and I am not saying for who,LOL. One other note,I can not get ahold of Nate. I have called a number of times and left 2 messages and no return calls.

No you will not be the "only" single charger truck in the competition class. There are a few 24 valvers sneeking around with the P-Pump conversion and I have heard a few others who are supposed who have their conversion trucks there. You have to remember, not only do you have the P-Pump but a charger which is not stock to your truck, plus the pump is modified.
I did not make the changes to upset anyone, they were made to try and consider the owners who are not twins equipped. It was also done to try and allow the Ford/Chevy/GMC owners to be more competitive which I hope will draw more trucks to compete. I had recieved numerous emails from them citing the Dodges ability to dominate, let alone them compete with twins. We all know here that a good set of twins is worth at least 100hp over a single charger truck,so it was something that needed to be done. I am hoping it will make more owners decide to roll who otherwise wouldn't have due to the feeling of not being able to compete... ... ... ... ... . Andy
