If anyone has a diagram on how the FASS system should be wired would you please post it.
I've have had my pump installed but its no longer seems to be getting power back to the pump. In looking at my wiring... it looks like the wiring comes from the FASS wiring harness with one wire being a red hot wire with an inline fuse and the second being a green ground wire. Once the wiring is in the engine compartment there is a plug from the FASS unit which has one wire running to the carter lift pump. The carter plug then has a second wire which then goes to a relay. The second wire from the Fass unit plug goes directly to the same relay. So, from the FASS plug two wires go to the relay but one looks to go after connecting to (in & out??) of the Carter plug.
The relay is feed by a red wire (which is hot) coming from the power distribution center and the relay also has a ground which is grounded in two places one being a bolt on the engine compartment and the second being a bolt up by the battery.
Hope this makes sense but i think i need to get juice back to my FASS motor. Are there fuses which could be affecting its operation.
Thanks, Joe
