First road trip

Well started our first road trip on our way to NC. Had 2014 since July, MAN I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK. It's everything I hoped it would be plenty of power, Good ride all the comforts I wanted. This 2014 out does my 1998.5 hands down getting about 9.8 mph, not bad for under 2000 on the Speedo. Not really big hill, but what there was climbed right up them.

Yep, enjoy it, it only gets better. I am more impressed with how my truck pulls each time I go camping.

It was just as good today as well. But there was one little glitch in the Message space in the EVIC it said Active Airbox Service Required See Dealer. And then an hour or so later it was gone. Is it really a dealer thing or can I do it myself. And with the message gone do I still need to worry about it.

Probably just had an interference while trying to open or close the door. I'd wait to see if it happens again, then take it in. You could look in the air box by removing the filter and see if something is in there like a big bug, stone or a small bird that could have made it through the grill that got in the way of the door.
