Fleece Cheetah turbo

[Mark 5.9 coalburner]

I just installed this turbo recently. My EGT’s have increased a lot. The turbo is lagging and boost just doesn’t jump up like I thought it would. I have Exergy 50hp injectors, sb air filter, Fuelab Velocity 100 lift pump and use the Smarty S06 POD tuner.
I’ve already tested for boost leaks and none.
Any ideas?

Assuming checked the intake as well for any restrictions and for exhaust leaks? I know many people running that Turbo with great results so unless it was bad from the factory I doubt its the Turbo itself.

Should be all good. The stock turbo was working just fine. Just wanted an upgrade.
