Flip Up Towing Mirrors

Sorry if it's posted somewhere else, but I cannot find the flip up towing mirrors for my 00'. I have the sport, folding, power and heated I would gladly trade or just direct purchase. I spoke with a dealer in NJ who was advertising on the net that he had the flip ups for 02'-04's. I thought the 02 was a 2nd generation truck, so if they will fit the 02, they should fit my 00'. Apparently not, or should I say, the dealer did not agree with that assurmation. Anyway, can't find them on the net, searched far and wide thru salvage yards. I'm beginning to think they don't exist. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's a 3rd generation if it's a Ram 1500.

do a search for "towing mirror part #" or something similar, you can easily find the Dodge part # on here through the search option.

If your looking for power heated flip up mirrors for the 2nd gens they are not avalible, you can build a set using a set of non power 98-02 flip up mirrors for the bases and a set of 03 power heated mirrors for the heads, a search should find a thread with a good set of instructions for the conversion.

Do any of the mirror Guru's know if the power ajustment assembly can be taken out of the standard 2nd Gen power mirror and installed in the manual towing flip ups behind the 7"x10" glass, (wondering if the power adustment is the same unit in the 2nd Gen and 3rd Gen?) Thanks.
