Fluidfilm for mower deck corrosion?

Pressure washed my 10 year old mower deck off Cub Cadet so now I have a decision point-coat it good with Fluid Film or Rustoleum primer then paint? It seems like Fluid Film might be the better choice? TIA

FluidFilm for sure, repeat after next wash.
Paint will be gone too after you have used the mower the first time, more or less.
So FF is way less work to apply, usually in fall after the last cut for winter storage.

Thanks! Kind of what I was thinking on the fall timeline. That "lawnsite" forum has a lot of interesting information as well.
