2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Flushing the fuel tank

I am gonna be dropping the tank this week to install the vulcan draw straw. I figured it would be a good time to flush the tank. What is the best way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Probably accessing the interior through the sending unit hole... maybe swabbing it out with a (hack) broomhandle and bunch of rags??



Or if you got really long arms...

I dont plan on getting to anal about it. I am gonna drop the tank and pull off the screen filter, put in a vulcan draw straw and inline filter before the pump. I will flas a light in there to see if theres junk on the bottom
