Although it is slow and messy, I do the turkey baster method, but I use a suction gun I found in an auto parts store. It sort of looks like a grease gun. I have used a real turkey baster in the past though. Jack the front tires up enough to take the weight off them, saves from breaking a tire cord. Suck as much fluid as possible from the reservoir and refill with new fluid. I use Redline synthetic now that Valvoline discontinued their partial synthetic. If you have lots of $$$$$$$ you could go with Royal Purple, but regular PS fluid is good for most applications. Start up the engine, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock a few times while pumping the brakes if you have hydroboost. Shut it off and repeat about six times. There will still be some of the old nasty fluid in there, but not much. Disconnect return line from reservoir and stick it in a bucket. Cap return line nipple on reservoir. With an assistant pour fluid in while engine is running and steering/brakes are operated like Games said.

Or just keep the original leaking PS hoses and you'll be adding fresh fluid every 1000 miles...

Called my local NAPA and asked him to get me 3 bottles for my DIFFERENTIAL. $23/qt Others ran about $15. Oh well... .



However the Royal Purple PS fluid was only $6. (20 oz bottles)
