2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fog lights turn on Brights Relay?

MY 2002 3500 Sport,has a mind of its own.

Just recently turning the fog lights on also turns the brights on.

If you activate the brights the brights stay on and the fog lights go off. I would assume its a relaybut thought I would check to see if any other TDR Members have had this problem.

Rick, that's just how they work. I'm not sure why.

You're not describing the way it should work quite right.

The fogs should only come on when the lo-beams are on.

In most states it's illegal to drive with just the fogs on or fogs and brights. DC was just making sure you don't break the law. Moving a couple leads on the relay will let you run the fogs in any combination you want.
