Funny thing. I started working PT at BMW of Denver (motorcycles) two weeks ago. The master tech there usually rode his bike but I saw him one day in a white extended cab Ford 6. 0 F-350.
I never got the nerve or the reason to ask him about his truck, but I did today. We were BSing about selling my truck and buying the bike. I told him my truck is a Cummins and he asked why I would want to get rid of it. I asked if he likes Cummins and he said heck yeah. I asked why did you get a 6. 0 then? He said he would rather have a Cummins than a 6. 0 but prefers the Ford rather than the Dodge. I asked him if he had had any problems with it. Said, yeah the turbo blew up the first day he bought it but other than that, no. 50,000 miles on it. It's an 03, bought it used.
No, I don't really have a point... . Ok, maybe a little. Point is, he knows about the problems, still loves the Cummins more than PSDs, and likes Fords better than Dodges.
