:D Well I got my truck back from Collins injection yesterday. I had them install complete ATS trans. and #10 fuel plate as well as calibrate fuel pump and timing. I know I went a little conservative but I will be towing a lot. Oh and I also installed gauges. Now when I step on the throttle there is a puff of black smoke and away I go. Then when the trans. goes into lockup :--) it really goes :-laf . I never knew diesel performance could be so fun.

And easy.

Oo. I see you're in the Bay Area. Did you make it to Ken Imlers shop for the Dyno Event? There is another in Oct.

Lots of dieselheads were there, some made a puff of black smoke too. :-laf

No I did not make it to the dyno event. Where is this Imler shop located. I would really like to know what kind of HP I am turning out now. Oh and the torque. I have had and built some high HP V8's but nothing with this kind of torque :) . I can't wait til my trailer gets in, I ordered a 26 ft weekend warrior and it's due to be here anytime now Oo. . I still can't figure out why these trucks don't come with a pyrometer I now realize just how important one can be.

:{ Looks like I just missed the dyno day. Oh well my truck was getting the ATS at that time anyway. It doesn't say anything about another one in october. Does he usually have 2 a year? No matter what I will be at the next one. :)
