The rear end jumping around is probably what is tearing up your rear end. By putting a set of ladder bars or the very least clamping the springs together will help keep the rear end planted.
 
Bobcat- It sure sounded like spider gears to me. They're junk... and pricey. I would weld them together or put a good locker in it and be done. Your axle was wrapped up so bad i was sure your rear tires were rubbing you fender wells!

Watching the high res video I have, it does appear that they are touching the front of the fenderwells...



I suppose that would make sense. . I have Timbrens on now, since the axle can't go down, it has to go back and forth now. .

What was up with that turbo? Seems something was wrong, or does it always take that olng to light?
 
first hook with our new motor/chassis... we built it from the frame up this winter

exhaust housing was a wee bit too big :D

taking care of the problem
