2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front end fix - DEATH WOBBLE"

I have read about as many solutions to this issue as I can read: One more time: What permanent solution(s) have had the best results. 98. 5 4wd and 130k miles - have replaced "Track Bar" 4 times and "Steering Damper" 2 times. Am starting with a "New" track bar and want the best one I can get - What about the "Windecker Machine" fix, has anyone used this with the newer dodge 2003 trak bar, and what else did you do to improve the 98. 5 suspension?

'Rock Solid' Ram Truck Steering ! won't help with death wobble much but it certainlyh will help with slopiness. I also have the Borgenson shaft. Check your sway bar bushings and end links

the 3rd gen retro trackbar is best as well as the super steering stabilizer.

Make sure shocks and ball joints are good! Also contact Toolman Tim Taylor he just had a couple of episodes with the Death Wobble and I bleive he fixed the problem.



I have had a loose track bar(185,000) and ball joints( 200,000) and never have experienced the death wobble.
