My 97 was that way, and I could see where the rubber bumper had been hitting the frame. I installed those rubber 1" spacers under each coil, & it brought it up level, and did away with the nose heavy feel. Take the bottom of your shocks loose, and the bottom end of the small thin stabalizer, jack it up high enough to unbolt the inner end of the lower control arm, next to the oil pan. Put a jack under it, let it will swing down low enough to remove the spring, (It's easier than taking the ball joints apart). Replace the spring with the spacer under it, & jack the control arm up until the holes line up, put the bolts in, & go to the other side. Did mine in a morning. The alignment didn't change, but after 4 years, my spacers look like they could be getting close to replacement. At 160k, I might just put in new springs this time.
