I have plenty of customers that are believers, even sold a 55 gallon drum to one. I dont need YOU to verify my claims, confidence has nothing to do with it, trust would be what you are really asking for, and we have never met. YOu ever in the area,I am right next to I-70, would be glad to meet you and could possibly make a deal on a handshake.

I travel thru CO quite often, but seldom on I70 west of Denver. I have done some calculations and any mileage improvment over 4. 2% would make an additive cost effective (at $5 per 30 gallons with fuel at $4 per gallon). You are claiming 8. 3% on the TDIs, 11% on your third gen and a whopping 30 to 50% increase with your 12 valve. Is there any wonder I question your integrity?

With shipping, a 24 bottle case of 8 oz bottle would cost me $94, at this online store. http://www.fueladditiveonline.com/T...ormanceFormula&Description=PerformanceFormula

Send me 3 bottles for testing. If they "sell themselves", i. e. increase my mileage more than 4. 2%, I will not only reimburse you for them, but I'll buy a case from you for $5 per bottle, shipped. How about it?

Seems like a man with a calculator (or someone that can count) makes pretty good sense to me. I think a rebuttal should be in order???

Are you a retired car salesman?

No, I am a retired US Army helicopter pilot/aircraft maintenance officer. I also have several friends from Missouri, so I have adapted their "show me" attitude.

I believe I would get the same increase in mileage by burning three five dollar bills in my charcoal grill as offerings to the MPG gods as I would get by spending $15 on any fuel additve. I'm not burning any bills, and I'm not willing to spend my money on something that has been touted as giving a 50% increase in mileage. Trust issue? You bet, I don't believe your claims, not even the TDI 8. 3%.

I think, and so far you have shown, that you are all hat - no cattle.

And just who are you? Obviously cheap. I could care less what you think. i didnt design or engineer the product and was just reporting what my customers have reported to me. What is wrong with asking stanadyne to take on your offer on, scared of them laughing in your face? OR hopefully you do happen to come by the shop, I would be glad to show you my "hat". No wonder you have to put another motor in your truck, you are probably one of those guys that has somebody else do the work but have them do it YOUR way and now its THEIR fault that there is something wrong with it. Know it all forum surfer, no real hands on at all, i dont care if you were a helicopter mechanic, military doesnt fire people they just find different things for them to do as you probably already know. Please stop in if you get the chance. Thank you and good riddance.

I am from Missouri and you have not shown me anything except thst you have not tried anything and therefore you are not qualified to comment so go away

As W. C Fields said, "there is a sucker born every minute. "

Not cheap, thrifty. I don't spend my money on pipe dreams. If Stanadyne actually performed as you say it will you would jump at the chance to prove it. I wish there really was a product on the market that would give the mpg improvements you claim. I would glady buy it, the small improvement (compared to your boasts) I would need to justify the cost would save me big bucks. I don't give a darn about Stanadyne laughing at me, I'm laughing at your indignition. You make wild claims, then challenge me to try it, but don't have enough confidence in what you sell to take me up on my offer. It would appear that you, sir, are the cheap one.

I'll ignore the cheap shot at the military and the other red herrings. The bottom line is you won't spend $15 to prove your product because you know your claims are false and you would never get the reimbursement or the additional sale.

Aw, but I do use additives in the winter. Anti-gel works great, added MPGs, not happening. You need to pay attention.

He won't be back Big. The taps have come off his dancing shoes. He says the mpg claims come from his customers after clearly stating HIS 12 valve got 100 to 150 miles extra per tank and HIS '03 got a 2 mpg increase. Apparantly he doesn't appreciate getting the best use from a dollar spent. That is why I have an SBC clutch, a PDR cam, use RP oil in my differential, etc, etc. I sure would have liked to try it. Every 1% of gain over the cost of the additive would be worth about $250 a year to me.
