Archived Fuel filter, again!

I was told, that on the 2017 Cummins there is a second fuel filter, in the back by the tank? I have looked, but I have not seen it! Any suggestions?

Just above the rear axle, infront of it on the frame cross member. It will drain onto the driveshaft about 1 foot up from the rear u-joint, look up there.
