Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel Heater Removal ?

I put a FASS on my truck about 6 months ago, it doesnt use any of the factory equipment, so I figured I'd take it off. I got busy and didn't have a chance until now. My question is how many of you guys using a FASS that doesn't use factory equipment took it all off? Also, if I take the fuel heater off, will it throw a code?

Taking the fuel heater off is a piece of cake, just take the puck thingy out and put the prefilter bowl back on.



It definitely won't throw a code, it's pretty hard to set a code on a 12-valve!
