Was in the mountains Saturday morning, at 8am it was cold about 15*F, unplugged the cord to the block heater and fired up the cummins.
All was well until I looked at the fuel pressure gauge. It went from the usual steady 14psi up to 20psi and bounced to 22psi and settled down to 18-20psi. It's still today at 18-20psi and the air temp is about 65*F in Denver.
I'm using a Holly Blue pump down on the frame rail near the tank and it's only a year and a half old.
Could the pressure sender and/or the Westach gauge be going bad? Anyone had this happen to them? Thoughts Please.
Thanks,Tom
